Superexploração do trabalho e dependência estrutural:
uma proposta de retificação teórica

This article proposes a theoretical rectification of the concept of the super-exploitation of labor as part of the development of a structural theory of dependency. For this purpose, we will first attempt to situate the concept within Marx's theory of surplus value, advancing in its characterization in the framework of capitalist exploitation. Next, we will analyze the concept within Lenin's theory of imperialism, demonstrating its relationship with monopoly capital. In addition to the functionality of super-exploitation for the monopolistic capital, we will also discuss the aspects that determine its possibility and persistence in dependent social formations. This theoretical procedure is necessary in order to overcome the economicist deviation found in the origin of the concept, making it compatible with the perspective of structural dependency, which is opposed to abstract determinism and strongly based on the concrete analysis of social formations. Developing a theory of this kind is fundamental for a proper understanding of dependent social formations, their limits and possibilities, and for defining appropriate political actions.
